My friend and very funny comic Maz Jobrani is back in this area with a few shows scheduled around Southern California. Most major news sites now have an “Odd News” section which is a good thing as some news can only be explained as “odd”, if not worst. But even within the oddest of the odd, once in a while one or two just take the cake and this is certainly one of them:

Florida resident Reginald Peterson, 42, orders two spicy Italian sandwiches at a Jacksonville area Subway shop with everything on them, including extra sauce. He then leaves to call 911 emergency number asking for the local police to drop everything else they may be up to (even if it involves donuts) to come make sure his sandwiches are made correctly. Shortly later he calls back again to complain about police being late and the sandwiches not having been made properly!

Now that’s one guy who is serious about his sandwiches and the toppings he gets on ‘em.
