Another Thank You!

For all of you who left a comment, sent an email or called; Thank You.

I'm feeling a lot better, although still far from being well. I actually very briefly left my apartment today, wrote my first article in a long while, found myself tapping my foot as Andy Gibb's Shadow Dancing was playing and am really craving food again. All good signs. Still not sure what hit me, probably a mixture of different things combined with a weak immune system due to exhaustion and poor choices in diet. I've promised some loved ones to look after myself a bit better in the future, which I now realize with the closest relatives being about a 6 hour flight away is more important than ever. There's nothing like being cared for when you really need it by someone who really cares and those of you who have it, should cherish every moment. The rest, write me so we can grumble about it together.

Thanks again!

One cooked meal a day, and no more fast food. Difficult, but it can be done.

Back in 1858, Abraham Lincoln delivered a speech commenting on the waves of immigrants then pouring into the country. He said that while half the population could trace its ancestry back to America's original settlers and the others could not, all were Americans, because America was not an issue of "ancestry" but a set of ideals outlined in the Declaration of Independence. All who share those ideals are Americans, equally "blood of the blood."

What does this have to do with your feeling better? Nothing. 'Cept someone saying something nice to me always makes me feel better.

As I said to you before that D&G thong is very useful, especially in checking the BMI (Body Mass Index).
