Pedram Jan on the matter of calling her/it. I admit we chairs are a bit wierdos in this matter. We may not call back a guy even If we like them .You need to be aggressive and let it/her know about your intentions, which is committment and marriage, you gotta confront the chair eventually and figure out it's true feelings towards you, but hey don't go too fast..
